SSC MTS Exam - Syllabus:
Paper-I:
1. General Intelligence & Reasoning: This section tests your logical reasoning and analytical abilities. Questions may include topics like analogies, similarities, differences, coding-decoding, etc.
2. Numerical Aptitude: This section assesses your mathematical skills. Topics may include number systems, decimals, fractions, percentages, ratio and proportion, profit and loss, time and distance, time and work, etc.
3. General English: This section evaluates your knowledge of English language and comprehension. It covers topics like grammar, vocabulary, sentence structure, synonyms, antonyms, etc.
4. General Awareness: This section tests your awareness of current events and general knowledge. It includes questions related to India and its neighboring countries, history, culture, geography, economic scene, and general scientific research.
Paper-II:
- In Paper-II, you are required to write a Short Essay/Letter in English or any language included in the 8th Schedule of the Constitution. This is a descriptive paper aimed at testing your writing skills.
SSC MTS Exam - Eligibility Criteria:
1. Nationality: To be eligible for SSC MTS, candidates must be one of the following:
- A citizen of India
- A subject of Nepal
- A subject of Bhutan
- Refugees who was from Tibet in 1962.
2. Age Limit:
- Minimum Age: 18 years
- Maximum Age: 25 years
- Age relaxation is provided to candidates from reserved categories as per government rules. This relaxation can vary based on the category you belong to.
3. Educational Qualifications:
- Candidates should have passed Matriculation (10th Standard) or its equivalent examination from a recognized board.
